BOOKING POLICY
What does it mean if i have made an appointment/booking?
When a booking has been scheduled on the page with your given name and correct details, it means that you understand that you’re required to attend your appointment at the given time and date in which you booked for.
When should i arrive to my appointment/booking?
You should arrive at least 5-10 mins before your booking. You can come up-to my garage and ring the doorbell or you can either wait in your vehicle until i let you enter through.
Can i cancel my appointment/booking?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment/booking a minimum of 3 hours before your scheduled time. The earlier the notice the better it is for me, as I can then be able to message other clients to take that spot.
What happens if i forget my appointment/booking?
Being given an email reminder + text reminder of your appointment I expect you to be able to know the date and time of your appointment. Failure to attend the appointment without any notice of either canceling through your email or sending me a message directly will be considered a “NO-SHOW”.
What is the consequence of a “NO-SHOW” ?
A “NO-SHOW” means that you have not showed up to your appointment and have given me NO notice beforehand. The policy for a “NO-SHOW” is that you’ll be required to pay for your scheduled booking fee after I have messaged you privately. If you have done more than 2 “NO-SHOWS” i will have to forfeit your spot as a client, being that i have many people to cater to and if you can’t show me some respect i won’t be able to provide you with a service.
Also understand that i have people who are patiently waiting for haircuts, and if i have to continuously worry about whether my client will show up or not during their appointed time, it wastes time out of my schedule. When I would’ve been able to attend to someone else who is willing to let me know they are coming.
